Victory is a South African registered company that offers multidisciplinary consulting engineering and project management services. These services will be affordable and need-orientated, and will be supported by the firm's applicable expertise and infrastructure. Victory has an office in Limpopo and Two(2) satellite offices in Mpumalanga and Gauteng.

As Management at Victory Development Project, we are committed to consistently providing high quality Civil Engineering and Project Management services by performing our duties in a professional manner with integrity whilst legal and other applicable requirements at all times. We strive to provide and manage resources to ensure that high quality service which exceeds customer expectations is always offered within planned timelines. Throughout all our activities, we determine critical processes, identify risks and control processes to ensure that a Quality Management System complying to ISO 9001:2015 requirements is implemented. We aim to continuously improve all our activities. Contents of our Quality Management System are available throughout the company and to any stakeholder whenever they are needed.

Quality Objectives

Our Quality Policy is directed to the following objectives:

  • To adapt to changes in the business environment by setting annual objectives,
  • To ensure that adequate resources and information needed to support quality are provided for achieving our objectives,
  • To always consider the long term implications of our activities on the environment at all times,
  • To continuously work according to Internationally recognized standards, where all objectives as stated in our Quality Management System are reviewed at least twice annually,
  • To meet or exceed customer delivery expectations on all of our projects at all times,
  • To ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as seen through zero actions that lead to violations or findings from regulatory inspections at all times,
  • To identify processes needed for the Quality Management System, determine their sequences and interactions and to effectively control these processes,
  • To keep records necessary for demonstrating conformance and to ensure their availability.
